Materials needed:
Scrap Kit Date Night by Wicked Princess which is a PTU kit which can be purchased Here or Here
Tube of choice: I am using art © Elias Chatzoudis which can be purchased from
MPT
Open a new image 600x600 transparent
Open the Paper circle frame
Copy and paste on to our new working image
Click in the center of your frame with your magic wand
Selections- Modify- Expand by 6
Open paper of your choosing and paste as a new layer
Selections- Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard one time
Now move your paper layer below the frame
Add your tube to make it look like its coming out of the frame.
Open WP_DN_BAUBLES.png resize by 60%
Paste as a new layer on our working image and move slightly to the right
Duplicate – Image- Mirror
Merge layer down
Duplicate
And now flip
Merge down once again
Move below the frame layer
Image resize by 80 % again
Drop shadow 0, 0,100 3 black shadow on new layer Unchecked
At this time you will add any elements of your choice….
Add your text and copyrights
Save as a PNG and your done…
